All the comments and contributors have disappeared this morning from the BBC blogs! A clean slate for everyone? Or is it just me that's not allowed to see them any more?

Peston really must be told off about promoting his second career. |

| 20 Mar 2009 fairlopian | No one can post and no comments can be read. Pity - I was planning to hit Peston since his latest entry covers Whistle Blowing and Northern Rock (how very apt). Disagree with the first two responses - ok, some (most) of the comments are rubbish, but so are most of the original "blogs" and there are a handful of regular respondents who make more sense than the patronising reporters at the BBC. Incidentally, while there are certain individuals that link CP to CSFI, I cannot find Peston or Middleton in the latter group (but I do see some names I recognise from earlier in my working life). |

| 20 Mar 2009 Jericoa | John, You are getting paranoid! kiki How about a one man tent, a bill board with the front cover of our viral e-mail on it an Ipod (i know you like your music) and a one way ticket to a strategic location in central london ? Rahere, Quite happy to post on your behalf but it needs to be something I can easily at least look up briefly myself and (in part) substantiate like the link to the BBC 5 live article on CP. I only really have time to do that for 'easy hits' unfortunately although I have the prospect of 4 day working with my employer soon so things may change... will work on the viral e-mail again this weekend. simon |

| 20 Mar 2009 Rahere | Middleton doesn't have to cover all bases, Bell's the head of the MST and obviously does things for her, Peston interfaces nwith him through there - he's a fellow board-member of MST, which IS an CP body. I'm not going so far as to say CSFI's a wholly-owned subsidiary, but when you get that amount of peer pressure brought to bear, it's not going to be a pussy-cat operation either. Since when, for instance, did CP acquire a mandate to exercise that much power? Rahere's going to pull up Wedgie's thoughts on assessing players on his LJ site later. They're worth nailing to the wall. |

Offending material was first removed from the BBC blogs on 26 Feb 2009 (BBC reference number P23748357). Anyone know any more about James Moore? He seems to have some influenence with the BBC. |

Peston's probably guilty of High Treason, "de ceo pvablement soit atteint de overt faite p gentz de lour condition" by not revealing to the TSC his loyalties above end beyond those owed to the BBC under their Royal Charter. |

At least my post about Common Purpose and RP's evidence to the TSC (#8 on RP's Northern Rock whistleblowing piece) has stayed put. I would be surprised if John's posting about James Moore wasn't seen as "commercial" and removed for that reason. |
